what in the world?

from 30th & Church i can hear what sounds like a parade of a million police cars and fire/emergenc vehicles speeding from the Glen Park-ish area down Dolores/San Jose/Mission Street.. any idea what is going on? it's been happening for a solid 5 minutes, now.
