'Feinstein calls for federal probe in Kim family tragedy'

this is an interesting story.
i had not heard about it until the local news called & asked for an on-camera statement about it. i'm not sure how i feel about it.

actually, i am sure: i think that is useful, not for finger-pointing and finding blame, but for preventing the same tragedy from happening to another family or individual.

there are many things that could have been done differently, but one thing that could have been done at all, that would have prevented everything.
