Two Easy Things to Cook.
The above is a good read for anyone who thinks they can't cook. The author (coughdavidcough) believes that anyone can make something tasty and good for you with just a few simple ingredients and little-to-no packaged and processed food.
I, for one, am looking forward to a lifetime of letting the author cook for me. (I'll do the baking, natch.)
That said, dinner tonight involves:
:: brown rice/whole grain pilaf with slivered almonds
:: breaded and fried turkey breast
:: roast fall veggies (cubed butternut squash, brussel sprouts, broccoli, diced onions with sage, salt, pepper and olive oil)
:: green tea sourdough bread (!), sliced and toasted
num.
